: The Portrait of Volunteers in the Navajo Reservation at Four Corners
2005 - 2008
As Walter Benjamin said hope let its existence known only after one has hit the bottom and sunk into the endless mire of despair. Finally, the hope started to make its existence known after Native Americans found themselves a place in the wax museum. Sometimes hope is the alibi of the conspirator. Sometimes we wish for a society where hope doesn’t operate anymore. However, as Pandora’s Box held hope underneath all the worries and fears, hope waits between humiliations and doubts next to despair. And we always have the last hope after numerous mistakes. You fell through me and I fool through you that it is not the end.
